How long does it take to process my order?

We typically process and prepare all orders within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

How do I request a return?

Before sending anything back, you must contact us with your order number and part details via our Contact Page or by emailing us at haifa.f@easternmarine.ae. We will review your request and let you know if the item is eligible for return.

What is the return window?

Once your return is approved, the item must be sent back within 7 days. The item must be:

  • In unused, original condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping and the cost of return is the responsibility of the customer.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Do the product images match what I’ll receive?

We are continuously working on updating our catalog. Some images are for illustration purposes only and may differ from the actual product. If you need a photo of the actual item before ordering, feel free to reach out via chat support.

Do you offer shipping within the UAE?

Yes, we offer reliable and timely domestic delivery across the UAE using trusted local courier partners. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

We provide Door-to-Airport (DTA) shipping for international orders. Your order will be delivered to the destination country's international airport.

Who handles customs and final delivery for international orders?

Once the goods arrive at the destination airport, it is the customer’s responsibility to handle customs clearance, pay any applicable duties or taxes, and arrange final delivery to their location.

What happens if customs clearance is delayed?

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures or issues arising from failure to collect goods upon arrival. Please ensure you're prepared to handle clearance promptly to avoid any issues.

What currency will I be charged in?

All orders are charged in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham). Other currencies shown are for reference only and may vary slightly depending on exchange rates.
