Domestic Shipping (Within the UAE)

We offer reliable and timely delivery across the United Arab Emirates. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. All domestic shipments are handled by trusted local courier partners.

International Shipping (Outside the UAE)

We offer Door-to-Airport (DTA) shipping for all international orders. This means your order will be delivered to the destination country’s airport.

  • Customs Clearance & Last-Mile Delivery:
    Once the goods arrive at the destination airport, it is the customer’s responsibility to arrange customs clearance, pay applicable duties/taxes, and handle any final delivery to their location.
  • All international shipping expenses (including import duties, VAT, customs fees, handling charges, and local transport beyond the airport) are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • We are not liable for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures or failure to collect goods upon arrival.

Shipping Timeframes

Estimated shipping times vary depending on the destination country. Orders are generally dispatched within 1-3 business days from confirmation.
