Return Approval

• Returns are not automatic — please contact us first at haifa.f@easternmarine.ae or via our contact page with your order number and part details.
• We will review the request and inform you if the part is eligible for return.

Return Window

• If approved, returns must be sent back within 7 days of approval.
• The item must be:
• In unused, original condition
• With original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

• Return shipping and the cost of return is the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

• For the approved returns, once the item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.
